01 — Shipping
We ship to the US & Canada.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
We use a dedicated apparel courier to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions.
02 — Returns
We want you to love what you wear.
If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: items marked as sale, intimates, and accessories.
Contact Us
Email us at hello@notseen.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the item(s) in secure packaging and include your order number inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
03 — Exchanges
Need a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

Common questions.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Please check your tracking link first. If there's still an issue, reach out to us at hello@notseen.ca and we'll help resolve it.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@notseen.ca. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.
I received a damaged or incorrect item.
Please email us at hello@notseen.ca within 48 hours with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is currently at the customer's expense. We're a small brand and this helps us keep our prices fair. We appreciate your understanding.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
All orders are shipped duties included — you won't be charged any unexpected customs or import fees upon delivery. In the rare event that an issue arises, please hold onto your receipt email and reach out to us at hello@notseen.ca and we'll take care of it.
